As a smaller, boutique company, Kindred House works directly with investors and owners to elevate their properties for the highest return. We can work with your existing property, or design from scratch, helping to furnish each property uniquely. Our team has trustworthy eyes on all of the properties we manage which means can prioritize our clients' needs immediately!

Robert & Mika’l are your experienced, dedicated Kindred House Hosts.
Robert has helped start blossoming cafés, overseen property renovations, setup streamlined processes for business growth, and for several years helped grow a hospitality group which included six multi-unit properties, a café and a new bed & breakfast. He has been hosting lovely short and midterm rentals since 2019. Robert is also a licensed Realtor with Engel & Volkers Savannah.
Mika’l cherishes every new opportunity to bring her designer touch to a new space. She has staged and furnished several short term rental properties. Mika’l is also the owner and lead planner for Posey Event Design, planning and coordinating lovely weddings throughout the Lowcountry. Of course, Robert just so happens to enjoy planning and curating weddings too!
