You are in the Historic District of Downtown. Close to Broughton St for shopping, River Street, and the new Eastern Wharf. Tybee Island is only a short 30 minute drive.
Our smart TV comes with Xfinity Cable and you can login to your streaming apps.
Upon entering the building, there is one flight of stairs and one other apartment across the hall. The neighbor is a long term tenant so you're not having to worry about loud guests nearby.

We provide enough to get your stay started. There is specialty coffee provided by Kindred House & roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew with sugar and creamers available.
We provide all linens and essentials; Body wash, shampoo and conditioner to begin your stay.
