We are intentional with every aspect of our boutique properties by curating spaces and being committed to accommodating the guest’s needs through exceptional customer service and great attention to their experience.
As a smaller company, we are able to provide more affordable services with greater attention to detail.
We work directly with investors and owners instead of delegating out responsibilities to other employees or contracted workers. We have direct eyes on our properties we manage and can prioritize our clients' needs immediately.
We are based in Savannah GA and Bluffton SC.
The Team
Robert has spent most of his adult life in management and new endeavors. With an entrepreneurial spirit and an adaptable energy, he’s helped new café startups in Boston and Pooler. He has overseen property renovation, setup streamlined processes for business growth, and most recently helped grow a hospitality group which included six multi-unit properties, a café and a new bed & breakfast.
Mikal cherishes every new opportunity to bring her special designer touch to things. She has staged and furnished many short term rental properties. Her latest side hustle, Posey Event Design, plans and coordinates lovely weddings throughout the Lowcountry.
